Neveen has 33 years of financial & business experience. Commencing her career as corporate banker with Chase Manhattan Bank’s JV today “CIB” where she last headed the Petroleum, Tourism & Electronics' divisions. With the revival of the Egyptian Capital Market in 1994 established one of the first Brokerage firms “Delta”, followed by founding Asset Management, Fund Services, Investment, SME and Leasing companies, all of which were either fully or partially divested by 2011. In the process partnering with renowned financial institutions; American Express Bank & it’s local subsidiary EAB which were both bought out by Dutch ABN AMRO Bank. The exit in 2006 was to Arab institutions; Mena Investments, Rasmala and finally local listed private equity firm AIC.
She was the first woman to sit on the board of the Egyptian Stock Exchange and twice named by the Financial Times as one of the leading businesswomen in the Arab World. Won local awards for her contribution to Egypt’s investment environment and Internationally for her economic empowerment of women.
Sat on several private & public-sector boards, e.g.; Banque Misr, General Authority for Investment (GAFI), Telecom Egypt, Egyptian Railway Projects & Transport Co., Egyptian Arab Land Bank, ”EGID”, Egyptian American Enterprise Fund, Misr Capital Investments and Upper Egypt Leasing Company.
Currently she continues to sit on the Boards of the; Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA), Al Moltaqa Investment Company, the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (ECMS) MobiNil, Regina for Pasta & Food Industries and Co-Chairs the OECD-Mena Women forum as well as her NGO role on the board of INJAZ, Juror for Cartier Women Initiative, mentor for Endeavor, among many other similar initiatives.
Neveen is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics & Political Science and is an Alumni of both Harvard Business School and London Business School.
Alaa Mahmoud Hassoubah is the CEO of Saudi Foras Investment Company which is a closed joint stock Company, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Foras aims to enhance and support innovative/talented Saudi entrepreneurs and promising enterprises by securing the right funding, supplementing managerial capabilities, and softening any cumbersome regulatory procedures.
He has over 20 years of diversified experience in financial, public and private sectors in both KSA and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has experienced a broad spectrum of industries including real estate, hospitality, travel, tourism and financial services. He also acquired extensive experience in Bankingsolutions throughout his 10 years’ experience in both The Private Banking and Investment. He sits on the board of different companies both locally and internationally.

He graduated from King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a BA in English literature.
• CEO of Gemini Technologies, a company investing in various industries, including technology, banking, real-estate development and food processing.
• Prior to joining Gemini, headed Orascom Telecom Holding’s Corporate Strategy team.
• Beforehand he was also the Vice President of EFG-Hermes Private Equity with a career in Investmshe ent banking, where he closed numerous IPO’s and M&A transactions.
• Holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Finance, both from the American University in Cairo and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Minor in Computer Science.
Prior to joining Delta Inspire, Ismail was employed at AlexBank “INTESA SANPAOLO” since 2009 as the Head of Small and Medium Enterprises “SME” Banking Group leading a team of 40 people, managing and controlling a portfolio of EGP 1.5bn comprised of large, mid cap, medium and small companies. Before that, Ismail worked at the Commercial International Bank “CIB” from 1992 till 2009, with the latest position held as Director of SME Banking. From 1997 to 2001 Ismail focused on evaluation, selling and acquisition of companies on behalf of customers while working at the Commercial International Investment Company “CIIC”.
Ismail has a vast experience in Commercial and Investment Banking; as for Commercial Banking, he has supported the establishment of the SME Banking at the Commercial International Bank “CIB” with the collaboration of the IFC (also, supported the initiation of the Retail Banking at the Commercial International Bank “CIB”), re-engineered and restructured the SME Banking Group at AlexBank delivering a better quality portfolio with almost a double exposure in less than two years and he was selected among INTESA SANPAOLO’s international team to construct a common approach to SMEs worldwide in addition to being a member of the SME Credit committee and the Senior Credit Committee. Ismail was also a Board Member of the “Agricultural Sector Development Program”. For Investment Banking, he has participated in the execution of several successful deals: IPOs, acquisitions and raising capital.
Ismail holds a BA in economics from the American University in Cairo.
Prior to joining Delta Inspire, Noran was a Project Manager at EMC2 managing projects in Germany and the US remote and onsite. The she developed and managed project plans, Statement of work and proposal contents based upon customer requirements and system architecture. Before that she was part of the Asset Management Team at Naeem Holding where she analyzed the financial performance of listed companies in Egypt and the GCC to reveal investment opportunities.
Noran graduated from Misr International University (MIU) and Heilbronn Fachhochschule in Germany with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She is very passionate about Finance; in fact she was the Head of the Academic Committee of the Stock Market Simulation (SMS) at MIU which is a student activity where the stock market is taught to non-finance students and the course is concluded by a three day simulation of the real stock market.
“Prior to joining Delta Inspire, Passant was an English teacher at El Manar Language School & Rainbow Nursery where they aim to improve and educate young minds but she decided to go back to the business field she experienced while working as Executive Secretary to the legal department at SUCO a petroleum company based in Cairo.
Before that she participated in the organization of “culture days” of the Spanish-speaking countries over 4 years between Cairo University and the embassies of Venezuela, Cuba, Argentina and Mexico in Cairo to give the chance to explore and experience different cultures around the world. Passant holds a BA from the Faculty of Arts- Spanish department-Cairo University”
Prior to joining Delta Inspire, Karim was a Risk Analyst in Tanmeyah for Micro Finance Services. There he conducted comprehensive analysis for the micro lending portfolio; identifying, mitigating risks that the company faces and evaluating the risk status of the company. Karim is also proficient at building historical financial and credit risk models and conducting incentive schemes in order to motivate the collection cycle.
Karim is an alumnus of MSA University, faculty of Management sciences (2012).
