PROCCESS
- Within a week of submitting your application we will review it and measure your company’s compatibility with our criteria. We will then arrange an initial meeting with you and your teamINIG AND EVALUATION
- Our investment team will review your business plan and your assumptions.
- Whenever applicable, they will also conduct comprehensive due diligence that includes legal, accounting, and tax.
- We will then negotiate and structure the transaction and the final term sheet – which we both sign.
- Disburse initial capital in the format we mutually agree on in the term sheet
- Provide service infrastructure.
- Commence company’s operations.
- We will assist your management team in developing business strategies and budgets.
- We actively participate on board (directly or via sponsor network).
- We will monitor your companies progress against set KPIs.
- And provide timely connections.
- We consider the best interest of our partner companies when we go for various strategic opportunities (mergers, acquisitions, alliances, management buyouts, and listing on the exchanges (NILEX – EGX))

Align second round of needed funding for the company when due.
Agree to give Delta Inspire managed funds full drag along rights and a board seat.
